I'd like to enable comments for my story. How?

The Discussion options were disabled which was preventing the Comments check box from showing. That feature is now enabled. If you edit your story you may need to click Screen Options at the top right of the window then check the box for Discussion in order to enable comments. After you check the Allow Comments box make sure you click Update to save the story.
